The Yellow Wallpaper

The Yellow Wallpaper was an interesting story. It kept me interested the whole time, unlike the other ones. The ending I didn't understand because she locked herself in the room and rips the wallpaper off the wall to allow that girl that she saw free. Well did she die or her husband? I think she related herself to the girl that she saw in the wallpaper because she felt trapped in her home. Everyone waited on her hand and foot because they said she was crazy. That's why she was crawling around the room when she let "the woman out." Her husband always treated her like a child. It was just interested seeing how they were then and how people are now. They treated people so different back then, for example, if something weird was going on with a person you were crazy. Well now they diagnose you with stuff instead of just flat out saying that your crazy. One thing I didn't like about the story is the way her husband treated her. He talked to her horribly and he was all about other women. It was wrong because no matter how bad your wife is you shouldn't treat her with disrespect.
